2.2 Tire to Pyrolysis Oil Recycling Process Working Principle Overview

①Pretreatment: Waste tires undergo pretreatment processes such as crushing and fiberization, or are fed whole (depending on the equipment model).

②Closed feeding: The treated waste tires are fed into the pyrolysis reactor via an automated or manual system.

③Heating and pyrolysis: In an oxygen-free environment, the reactor is externally heated, causing the tires to undergo a pyrolysis reaction at a preset temperature (400-450°C).

④Condensation and Separation: The oil-gas mixture produced by pyrolysis enters the cooling system, where it undergoes multi-stage condensation to separate the pyrolysis oil.

⑤Exhuast Gas Treatment: The uncondensed combustible gas (syngas) is purified. Part of it is returned to the combustion chamber as fuel to heat the tyre pyrolysis reactor, saving fuel investment for the operation of tyre pyrolysis oil production plant.

⑥Carbon Black and Steel Wire Discharge: After pyrolysis, the carbon black and steel wire in the reactor are discharged under sealed conditions, cooled, and then processed further.
