After years’ research, tires can be recycled through different methods, like retreading, making rubber powder or pyrolysis to fuel oil.
With the rapid development of the world automobile industry and transportation industry, the demand of various tire is increasing day by day. At present, billions of tire is sold annually all over the world. According to statistics, 50%-55% raw rubber are used for tire manufacture every year. For security, Automobile should change tires every 30,000-50,000 km. In this way, billions of used tire, 17 million tons will be produced in one year.
Tire changed
Used tire is a kind of non - fusible or refractory polymer elastomeric material. It needs hundreds of years for the large molecules decompose to be no affect to normal growth of plant in the earth. More and more used tires not only takes up quantities of farmland, but also breeding ground for insect - borne diseases (dengue fever etc), sharply deteriorated natural environment, destroyed vegetation, endangers environment seriously. Besides, it may cause fire and threaten people's life and the property security. It is called "black pollution". But is there a better way to deal with this black pollution? Can tires be recycled?
Used tires pollute environment
As we all know, tire is composed of about 50% rubber and 15% steel. There is no doubt at all that steel can be recycled as raw material for steel factory. How about the 50% rubber ? Can tires be recycled to get new rubber? Can tires be recycled to get a new product? Our solution for used tires recycling is to get fuel oil in the way of pyrolysis.
Tire pyrolysis process at high temperature
Tire pyrolysis is a thermo decomposition of rubber polymer, since used tires are long chain polymers containing more than 50,000 carbon atoms attached to each other in a cross linked or straight chain. During high temperature processing, this long chain( C-50,000 to C-2,00,000) is broken down into smaller chain (C-1 to C-4 & C-5 to C-23). Among which, C5-C23 is oil got from long chain rubber polymer. So, Can tires be recycled? The answer is Yes, you can get 40%-45% fuel oil, 10%-15% steel wire ,30%-35% carbon black and 10% syngas through pyrolysis.
Can tires be recycled to fuel oil with any professional equipment?
Waste tyre recycling to diesel
DOING PYROLYSIS PlANT can convert used tires to ultra-clean and ultra-high heating value furnace oi. After furthering refining with DOING waste oil to diesel plant, the fuel oil got from used tires can be converted into diesel used for generators, trucks, vans, ships, etc.
