The general process for continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant
1. Pretreatment
Before feeding waste tire into continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant, we need to pretreat the waste tires. As the photo shows, the ring cutter, tire strip cutter and black cutter work together to firstly remove the tire bead and cut the left tire into rubber blocks, and then use steel wire separator to separate the steel wire out of the tire bead. The rubber blocks and the bead after steel wire separating will be used as raw material for our continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant. The steel wire got from the tire bead can be packaged and sold directly.

2. Feeding
Turn on the auto-feeder, then load small tire pieces into pyrolysis reactor via feeding system. DOING fully automatic continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant is equipped with a unique sealed feeding system, which enables continuous feeding without any pollution to the environment.

3. Heating & pyrolysis
Through the furnace heating pyrolysis reactor, when the temperature rises to about 300℃, the tires began to crack into oil gas. It should be noted that we heat the bottom of the pyrolysis reactor, while the tire raw material is inside the reactor, not directly heating the raw material.

4. Cooling
The oil gas will flow into the three-stage condensing system, where it is cooled by circulating cooling water into liquid oil. Then liquid oil is collected into the oil tank. The left is non-condensable gas which will be recycled to heat the reactor or collected for other heating.

5. Discharge
When oil gas is produced, carbon black will also be produced. It can be discharged through a carbon black slag discharge system, which is sealed and environmentally friendly. Moreover, we have designed related equipment that can directly press carbon black into carbon black balls and then sell them.
