DOING ECO 30TPD Waste Tire to Diesel Machines Ordered by Kenyan Customer After Generator Fuel Evaluation

DOING News / Chat on line / Give me a price / September 20, 2026

DOING ECO confirmed an order in September 2026 from a customer in Mombasa, Kenya, for two 15TPD tire pyrolysis plant with 15TPD pyrolysis oil refining machine.

The customer was not evaluating the equipment only by its processing capacity or oil output. One of the most important questions during the technical discussions was whether the refined diesel could meet the requirements for use in generators.

For this new investment project, the intended application of the final product therefore became an important part of the equipment evaluation.

Why Generator Fuel Compatibility Mattered to the Customer

For a waste tyre to diesel project, recovering a diesel fraction is only one part of the process. The practical value of the product also depends on whether its properties match the intended application.

For this customer, generator use was an important consideration. The investor wanted to understand the quality of the refined diesel and what would need to be checked before using it as generator fuel.

The key question is not simply whether the product is called “diesel.” The final fuel properties need to be evaluated against the requirements of the specific generator and applicable fuel specifications.

This made fuel quality and end-use requirements an important part of the technical discussions before the order was placed.

What Should Be Checked Before Using Refined Diesel in a Generator?

When refined waste oil is intended for generator use, several fuel properties may need to be checked.

Fuel propertyWhy it matters
ViscosityAffects fuel flow and injection performance
Water contentExcess water can affect combustion and fuel-system operation
Sulfur contentRelevant to emissions and engine requirements
Flash pointImportant for fuel handling and storage
Fuel cleanlinessHelps protect filters and fuel-system components
Generator specificationsDetermines the acceptable fuel requirements for the engine

The exact requirements depend on the generator model, engine manufacturer and applicable fuel specifications. A waste oil refining plant should therefore be evaluated together with the intended fuel application rather than assuming that every diesel fraction is suitable for every generator.

The final product should be tested against the applicable requirements before being put into operational use.

Why the Project Includes Refining and Purification

The customer ordered two 15TPD tire pyrolysis plant together with 15TPD pyrolysis oil refining machine.

The refining stage separates the waste oil into different fractions, while purification provides further treatment of the selected oil product.

For this project, the combination was relevant because the customer’s concern went beyond recovering oil from waste oil. The investor also wanted to evaluate the quality of the refined product for its intended downstream application.

The refining and purification configuration therefore needed to be discussed together with the target product requirements.

Technical Evaluation Before the Order

The customer carried out two visits to DOING ECO during the project evaluation.

May 12, 2026 — First Technical Visit

The customer visited DOING ECO’s factory on May 12, 2026 for an initial technical evaluation of the waste oil refining solution.

The customer discussed the proposed process and equipment configuration with the DOING ECO technical team and raised questions about the requirements of the final product.

September 2, 2026 — Second Investor Visit

The project’s investor returned to DOING ECO on September 2, 2026 for a second technical discussion.

The intended application of the refined diesel, including its potential use in generators, was an important part of the discussion. The investor also reviewed the proposed equipment and DOING ECO’s manufacturing capability.

After the technical solution was discussed, the customer made the payment on September 2 and the order was confirmed.

Why DOING ECO Was Selected

The customer also evaluated competing suppliers before making the final decision.

During the evaluation, several practical factors contributed to the customer’s confidence in DOING ECO:

  • Timely responses to technical questions

  • Professional technical communication

  • Direct discussions with the technical team

  • Factory and manufacturing capability demonstrated during the visits

The two factory visits allowed the customer to discuss the project directly with DOING ECO and evaluate the manufacturer before committing to the equipment order.

Kenya Project Confirmed After Fuel Application Evaluation

After the second technical visit on September 2, 2026, the customer confirmed the order for two 15TPD waste oil refining plants and 15TPD purification capacity for the project in Mombasa, Kenya.

The ordered equipment is now entering production at DOING ECO. Once manufacturing is completed, the pyrolysis and refining equipment will be shipped to the customer’s project site in Mombasa, Kenya.

The customer’s evaluation placed particular attention on the requirements of the refined diesel and its intended use in generators.

If your waste oil refining project also involves generator fuel, diesel quality requirements, or refining and purification, contact DOING ECO to discuss the feedstock, target product and equipment configuration with our technical team.
