2. Semi-Continuous Tire Pyrolysis Equipment:

Whole tires cannot be fed in; they need to be crushed into 10-16mm rubber powder by tyre cutting and shredding machine. Semi-continuous equipment typically uses a screw feeder for sealed feeding. Whole tires are large and irregularly shaped, making it impossible to pass through a screw feeder. Only after being crushed into small pieces can continuous and uniform feeding be achieved, and a multi-stage airlock mechanism is needed to ensure an oxygen-deficient, sealed environment inside the furnace. Therefore, pre-treatment with a cutter/crusher is necessary to enable automatic continuous feeding.

3. Fully Continuous Tyre Pyrolysis Machine:
