How is the pyrolysis and recovery of organic waste carried out?

1.Drying and feeding

Before feeding in, the moisture content of organic waste needs to be reduced to below 15%. DOING offers both manual and mechanical feeding methods.

2. Pyrolysis (heating)

In an oxygen-free environment, heat the organic waste to 300-500°C to decompose complex organic molecules.

3. Product separation

The products obtained from the organic waste after DOING pyrolysis equipment include:

Pyrolysis oil: A liquid fuel with a calorific value of 40–45 MJ/kg (comparable to diesel), usable for powering industrial boilers, generators, or refining into transportation fuels.

Solid carbon/biochar: Used in agricultural soil amendment (improves moisture retention and nutrient absorption), water purification (adsorbs heavy metals), or as soil conditioner or fuel.

Syngas: A mixture of methane and hydrogen, which can directly used for remelting and combustion. The remaining exhaust gas can be stored and used for power generation or as a heating fuel in factories.
