DOING waste oil distillation plant is specially designed for refining black oil, heavy tire/plastic pyrolysis oil, and various industrial waste oils into non-diesel. The final diesel product could be used as alternative fuel in diesel burners, generators, heavy machinery and agricultural machinery, etc. Generally, the diesel yield is about 80%-85%. The residual material in the furnace after distillation is heavy oil impurities, which are very similar to asphalt performance. They can be directly used for paving or sold to asphalt plants for further refining.

Required devices: Distillation reactor, catalyst system, buffer tank, cooling system, temporary oil tank. For the catalyst system, DOING waste oil distillation plant has two types of process designs, which adopts different catalyst system: solid catalyst system for the newly designed distillation plant, liquid acid and alkali catalyst system for the commonly designed distillation plant.

Optional devices: Fast heating system, Oil further purifying system and environmental protection system, which can be chosen as per the real situation and needs of the machine user.
Fast heating system for distillation machine is using a kind of circulating heating medium combined with fuel heating system for distillation. This way, it not only could save heating fuel, but also could speed up the distillation process, thus to save time.
The color of the diesel directly produced from the standard distillation system is brown yellow. The oil further purifying system could make further purification for the diesel, thus to get light yellow color, and also improve the odor of the diesel.

The environmental protection system includes the desulfurization tower, which can purify the generated exhaust gas to avoid air pollution.

1. Heating the distillation reactor directly with the furnace or with the fast heating system;
2. When the waste oil is heated to a certain temperature, the odorous light components and water in the waste oil will be distilled and collected separately;
3. The oil gas produced enters the catalytic tower for further treatment.

4. Oil gas condensing into liquid oil after going through the buffer tank and cooling system;
5. The liquid oil after distillation and catalytic processing is further decolored and purified with the decoloring reactor and filters to be final product-diesel fuel.
6. After distillation, the residue with main component bitumen can be extracted by the asphalt pump.
